All our inflatables are double and quadruple stitched for best performance and security.

What is the turn around time once an order is placed?
If the units are in stock, Immediate Delivery in 2-4 days is available. If you have to place a custom order the approximate wait time is quoted on job by job basis

What is the warranty on your Inflatables?
We warrant our outdoor rental and indoor family entertainment center products for 1-Year

Do I need Insurance for this type of Business?
We recommend you purchase Liability Insurance for your protection. We have negotiated special rates for our clients and can assist you in obtaining the lowest rates.

What kind of deposit do I need?
We require a 30% deposit on all orders. If the units are in stock full payment is required to ship out.

Can I run the Jumper Business out of my house?
Yes. Most people start out of their garage.

How long will it take to re-coup my Investment?
Usually 5-10 rentals pay off for the inflatable price. So, within 2-3 months you should be able tp re-coup your investment

How big is the unit when it rolled up?
Our 13x13 bounce house rolled up are approximately 48 inches tall, 24 inches in diameter the bigger units will be larger in dimension.

What kind of vehicle do I need to transport the units?
Our units can be transported in a variety of vehicles: Pick-up Trucks, Station Wagons, Vans or a small Utility Trailer.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, and most major credit cards (with 2% surcharge). We also finance with an affliated Financial company in Vancouver, BC. (There is a two to three business day waiting period for checks and wire transfers to clear).

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes we do, the more inflatable games you purchase at one time, the bigger the discount

Our bouncers generally come in the following sizes:

(15'L x 15'W x 14'H)

What kind of Vinyl is used to make jumpers?
We only use the finest quality polyester 15 or 18oz PVC coated Vinyl.

How many inflatables should I start out with?
This is a question that everyone has to answer for themselves. It all depends on your budget. People typically start out with 3 to 4 inflatables.

Do I have to quit my job to start this rental business?
No. The inflatable business is a weekend business. Most rentals are on Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional weekday requests.

What about character?
Characters are usually popular for a short period of time and may run out of style.
