Service Policy:
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. if you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be $30.
- We require a credit card to hold your appointment. A cancellation fee will be charged to a card on file.
- Payment processing fee – if the final payment is not able to be processed, there will be an additional charge of $35 added on top of the final payment.
Property Damage Policy:
Any damage that has occurred after the cleaners had left the property and resident has checked the home, we are not responsible for. If damage occurs in another part of the property while the cleaners are on the premises, they are not responsible for it. Damage that is pre-existing such as cracked mirrors, damaged drawers, or any property/item on the premises, we are not responsible for.

Expect as described in this privacy policy, we do not disclose information about visits to the property, personal information you provide, such as your name, address, email, phone number, credit card number, etc., to any third parties, except when we believe it is required by law or to protect Nataly’s Cleaning.
